Widget Dynamics ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Fairway Golf Scorecard - Manitoba mobile application (the 'App').
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
This Privacy Policy is always available for review from within the App.

We process your data based on the necessity to perform our contract with you, to provide the core functionality of the App. This includes creating and storing your golf scorecards and managing your user account.

We collect a user-chosen display name (custom username) that is entered for golf scorecard generation.
We collect and store golf round scores so that you may reference your past games within the App.
This data is isolated to your account and NOT shared with any outside parties.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to external parties.

We use Firebase (a Google service) for user authentication and to store your scorecard data. Firebase acts as a data processor on our behalf.
Our App may also use Google Play Services as part of Firebase. You can review Google’s privacy policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
As Firebase is a US-based service, your data may be transferred and stored outside of your country of origin. Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard for such data transfers.
Firebase may collect certain technical information automatically, such as device type, operating system version, and app crash logs. This data is used solely to improve app stability and performance and is not linked to individual users.
To improve app functionality, we use analytics services that may collect your device's Advertising ID. This identifier is used for analytics and measuring app performance and is not used for ad targeting. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in your device's settings.
We do not share your data with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

User data is protected by your account login credentials.
Data is stored securely with no unauthorized third-party access.
We prioritize the privacy and security of our users' personal and sensitive data.

The App does NOT record GPS location or any other form of device location.
The email address you use for login is managed by the authentication service. Your email is used only for authentication and technical support. We do NOT use your email address for marketing purposes.
The App does NOT collect personally identifiable information such as financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, SMS and call-related data, health data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive device or usage data.
We do NOT track your device ID for personalized ads or ad measurement. The in-app user ID is NOT linked to your device.
The App currently does not include third-party advertising or monetization SDKs.

User data and accounts can be permanently deleted from within the App or through our website WidgetDynamics.com.
When you request to delete your account, all personal information, usernames, and scorecard data associated with it are permanently removed from our systems.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted as described in the 'Data Deletion' section.

You have the following data protection rights:
The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Our service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
It is our intention to keep the content of the App safe and appropriate for all ages.

By downloading, installing, or using the Fairway Golf Scorecard - Manitoba mobile application (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Users must use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and only for its intended purpose of golf scorekeeping.
Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.
We are not liable for data loss, technical issues, or misuse of the App outside of our control.
